David Bowers , CVCLD

Mr. Bowers assisted in developing and instructs a Geotechnical, Geothermal and Water Well Drilling apprenticeship program for Local 150 of the International Union of Operating Engineers the first program of its type recognized by the United States Department of Labor. Mr. Bowers has also received an OSHA Safety and Health Master Trainers Certificate from West Virginia University’s OSHA Region III Education Center, and has 25 years of drilling experience and holds licenses in three states, he also holds an NGWA CVCLD designation. Mr. Bowers also is a McElroy certified fusion inspector and trainer on both manual and hydraulic butt fusion, as well as saddle and socket fusion procedures.
