Michael Hanten received his undergraduate degree in Soil Science and pursued his master’s degree in Groundwater Resources from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. He worked for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as a Water Supply Specialist and in their Remediation and Redevelopment program dealing with contamination cleanup sites across the state. Michael also worked for New Page Paper in their Environmental Department and has been the Lab Director of Clean Water Testing in Appleton Wisconsin for the past 14 years.
