A Certified Professional Geologist, Becker holds drilling licenses in eleven states and is a National Ground Water Association certified “Master Ground Water Contractor” (MGWC). He is employed as an executive at SGS North America Inc. Environmental Drilling Division. Becker is currently chairman of the New Jersey State Well Drillers and Pump Installers Licensing and Examining Advisory Board. He was the 2011 President of the National Ground Water Association (NGWA). He is a geology graduate of Rutgers, The State University.
