Water Well Standards Program
Tom is the program manager for the State of Nebraska , Water Well Standards Program. He also serves as Executive Secratary for the Water Well Standards and Contractors Licenesing Board and chairman of the Chapter 12 subcommittee who's duties include development and revisions of water well construction and pump installation standards. In addition he is the media spokesperson for the Nebraska Grout Taskforce. Tom has been with the State of Nebraska for 13 years. Prior to that he was a owner/operator of a water well contracting business in Eastern Nebraska.
