205 AB (Music City Center)
The Water Supply Cost Savings Act is the industry’s first national legislation aimed at promoting the use of water wells as an alternative to traditional, long-pipe, centralized water systems. The Savings Act has now become law. The Water Systems Council will provide a Savings Act update, including new proposed sources of funding for these well projects, during Groundwater Week and a legal and legislative briefing by WSC’s Research and Policy Advisor, Jesse Richardson.
