Edd Schofield

Edd T. Schofield has over 40 years of field experience in water well and oil and gas drilling and well completion designs across the Southwest U.S. and Alaska. He is a graduate of Cal Poly–San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Engineering emphasis. Edd began working in the oilfield as a summer-hire with Getty Oil prior to graduation. In 1979 upon graduation, he was recruited by BJ Hughes, an oilfield service company, as a Regional Sales Engineer with operation responsibilities for the West Coast and Alaska. In 1988, he joined Johnson Screens as the District Sales & Marketing Manager for the Southwest. In addition, Edd was the 2007 William A. McEllhiney Distinguished Lecturer in Water Well Technology. He is a member of NGWA, AWWA, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
