Seismoelectric Compared To Traditional Geophysics

Presented on Wednesday, December 5, 2018

After over 17 years of operating and training people how to operate the various seismoelectric systems produced by both Groundflow Ltd and AquaLocate we have experienced and documented many of the notable differences between these systems and other more traditional geophysical systems such as the various versions of resistivity and seismic systems currently in use around the world. We will be detailing many of those differences through real world examples from our experiences as well as other operator’s experiences. The current AquaLocate seismoelectric system is in use by operators from around the world including for profit and non-profit entities. During our presentation we will discuss differences in portability, cost, function, application, processing, interpretation and manpower requirements.
