Supply Chain Survival in the Age of Amazon
Supply Chain Survival in the Age of Amazon
Presented on Tuesday, December 4, 2018
In the age of online shopping where every customer can price shot an item in just a few minutes, how do you keep your customers satisfied while still generating a profit? How do you handle customers who purchase their own goods but expect you to complete the installation? This panel and roundtable discussion will address the critical concerns experienced by the supply chain in our industry. We will explore how to remain relevant when your customer is only potentially only one click away from a better deal. Warranties on components that are purchased by tend users and rebalancing what you charge for labor vs. parts and components will also be discussed.
