Luz Breton received her PhD in Biotechnology from the Center for research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico in 2015. Environmental professional with more than five years of experience, in consulting environmental affairs, responsible of maintain the relationship between private sector and government in order to coordinate compliance of environmental requirements, procedures and overarching regulations and ensure compliance with federal and municipal regulations in the area of environmental protection and waste management.
