ANSI Standards Development Orientation
ANSI Standards Development Orientation
Presented on Wednesday, July 15, 2015
Learn how you can help yourself, the Association, and your industry by becoming involved in ANSI-accredited standards development during this half-hour online offering.
Recently completing our first ANSI-accredited standard, which will be revised via periodic “maintenance” — and with more standards anticipated — we will soon be seeking volunteers to participate in standards development.
During this presentation, you will:
- Receive an overview of what ANSI standards are and why they are important for your business.
- Gain insight on the key aspects of their development.
- Discover how you can become involved either as a task group volunteer or via public review opportunities.
- This is also a great opportunity for seasoned volunteers to brush up on their standards knowledge.
