Carrie L. Ciliberto, Esq. is Senior Director and Counsel of Contracts and Construction Law for the Associated General Contractors of America, and Deputy Executive Director for ConsensusDocs. She was the principal of Ciliberto & Associates LLC, providing natural resources, environmental, and water law counsel for more than 10 years. Ciliberto is licensed in Colorado, the District of Columbia , and federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. She has spoken at dozens of industry events, is the Colorado Water Law Benchbook managing editor, and has authored numerous industry articles.
