Mary Beth Koester, CVA, is the Director of Valuation Services at Rea & Associates, Inc. She performs valuations for succession planning, sale, management buyouts, ESOP formation, estate planning, gifting, and divorce for closely-held business owners. She consults with owners on the value of their business, key drivers that impact value, and areas of opportunity to increase cash flows and grow profitability. Mary Beth is passionate about teaching business owners what one of their most valuable assets is worth, and helping them to secure their future by optimizing their ideal succession plan. She is a frequent speaker on valuation topics at national conferences, has been published and quoted in several industry publications, and is a 2018 recipient of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts Forty Under 40 award.
