Ronald C. Peterson, P.E., MGWA, is the owner and president of Atlantic Well Drilling, Inc. of North Eastham, MA. Atlantic Well is a full service water supply and geothermal contractor. Mr. Peterson has been employed in the well drilling industry for 37 years in various engineering, management, and production roles. He holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Peterson is a registered professional engineer in the states of New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Richard Thron is currently president of Mantyla Well Drilling Inc., in Lakeland, Minnesota. He began working there full time in 1966. He enjoyed limited ownership in the company from 1973-2000 when he became the sole owner. He has been a National Ground Water Association member since the 1980’s and has served on numerous NGWA committees and groups. He has also participated in several panel discussions and seminars as a speaker on DOT-OSHA, safety, air rotary drilling, public education and other related topics.
