Water pumps are manufactured using a wide array of materials: stainless steel, engineered composites, ductile iron, cast iron, investment cast, just to name of few. It can be confusing and difficult to know what to use when. This seminar will review the various types of materials used in pumps and highlight the advantages of each. More importantly, it will detail what materials are best for which applications.
