Discover the importance of establishing a behavior-based safety (BBS) program and what makes it successful during this workshop. You will learn about the components of a BBS, as well as its pros and cons. An example of an observation form will be provided, with emphasis on the responsibilities of all personnel in an organization. Other areas of discussion include stop-work authority (SWA) along with examples of safe — and unsafe — actions, and root cause analysis.
